I need help finding a HOUSE for RENT in Charlotte - ideally, Plaza-Midwood. (Henderson: rentals)

so if anyone has any tips, ideas, or is looking to rent their house to 3 twentysomething non-drinkers, PLEASE let me know. i've been doing the internet search thing and unfortunately the internet has let me down thus far. figured i'd give it a shot on here... beats driving around looking for "for rent" signs!

price range is anything up to a thousand a month, and it has to be pet friendly.

Have you tried going through a property management company such as TR Lawing, Henderson Properties or Meca? They usually all represent properties in that area.

I know someone that is getting ready to rent/sell their house in a great location in midwood. I think she was looking for more per month than $1000 if she rents it out but I could run it by her if you want and maybe get you guys in touch...

Check out the Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association website. PM Neighborhood Chat
They tend to list rentals there and also can give you guidance if you post that you are looking for a rental.
