Hi, JG!

Okay - you are both needing jobs, right?

What sector of healtcare is your wife in? We have two large hospital systems here, w/ many outlying hospitals. Then there are doc's offices as well . . . if she is in medical billing . . . there are openings. Also, there are usually tech jobs and nursing positions available . . .

Are you associated w/ an insurance company now? Can you get a transfer or job leads thru/ your present company?

Default Hello

PM me about St. John's. You must have got a good deal. The home prices for KB have dropped around $40-100,000 in the past year.

Be careful and keep your doors locked (home & car) and garage closed and locked. I hear a lot of calls on the scanner about break ins there and about gangs of teens roaming to streets day and night.

Default Good Luck

I moved to CLT last year and put my house up for sale in PHX. I still have not been able to sell my home in PHX and will be moving back. I had a job in CLT before I left PHX. That's good because the job market in CLT is not that good. I do like CLT and will be dissappointed to leave, but this housing market is causing a lot of changes to peoples plans. Good luck
in CLT, hopefully you have already sold your house in PHX.

both have jobs here in Phoenix, however KB will not qualify us w/out jobs in Charlotte. No home to sell in Phoenix thank God. The home in SJ Forest was a very good price. I bought for about 215k for 2800 sq ft with 50k in upgrades. If we don't qualify this time we have the option to buy another and keep our deposit.
