If so, I wish a Mod would contact me instead of just deleting it..I am a Mod on several forums, and unless it is clear cut spam or porn, I always contact the party and give them reasonable time to respond...

Randy, I didn't see the ad, and I'm not a mod, but I suspect it was removed because only INDIVIDUALS are allowed to adverstize - not realtors with their realtor info and home page.
