Being that I'm a grown man & have occasionally exhibited those same tendencies I can relate. Did you get him some ice cream to help his throat?

I think she probably went to wherever the duct tape was before the ice cream.

We have used them a few times during cold season. The charge is usually a "specialist charge" so you co-payment might be higher than your general practioner. Usually in/out in 20 minutes.

Just an FYI - it isn't a doctor you see, it is a Nurse Practioner.

I keep forgetting about the minute clinic and continue to lay out $$$ to see our regular doctor.

No problems with NP-my best friend is one. It was a $25 co pay and then the $30 for the medicine. He's already feeling a ton better so I'm happy. Whine free here..YEA

I'd gladly pay the $55 to get in and out and not have to wait weeks to see someone.

OH, I remember (shiver) the days of being married to a man who wouldn't go to a doctor until he was deathly ill, who pooh-poohed me for going to my doctor, and who was the biggest baby in the world when he was ill. Whine, whine, get me this, get me that, I'm hot, I'm cold, my head hurts, blah, blah, blah. Glad your is doing better and has stopped the fuss.
