My husband and I came down to visit this weekend as we are thinking of relocating from NY and had a great trip. Here is what we did just to give you an idea of how many things there are to do in Charlotte on any given day.

Thurs- Walked around the South Park Mall as it was close to our hotel, very nice and clean hotel. At night we went to the River Jam Concert Series at National White Water Center, the White Water Center was Incredible! We ate dinner outside under the stars, listening to live music with the awesome backdrop of whitewater behind us, truly incredible!

Fri- Did some shopping at Concord Mills and had awesome Wings at Quaker Steak & Lube, the best sauces for wings ever!

Sat- Brunch at Pewter Rose which was great. Saw Discovery Place and the Pompei Exhibit, walked up and down Tryon, saw the Frescoes in B.O.A. and then grabbed a beer at Fox & Hound.
Had dinner at Mamma Riccotas, one of the best Italian Meals I ever had!

Sun- Went to the Panthers Game! This was a really fun time.

Mon- Breakfast at Eddies Place, another Incredible Meal, and then we were on our way home.

Glad you enjoyed your trip to CLT! What do you think so far about moving? Did you get to see any of the neighborhoods and housing here?

Sounds like you are already ahead of most people who have lived here for 10 years! I have been here 4 months, and I have been to the mall.... and... ummmm lol
