I just saw your post looking for information on Waterlyn by Regent Homes. We bought one and have been living in our house for about 5 months. We are in the first phase by the model. If you have questions about it, let me know; I am happy to help. I am really pleased with our house. We just relocated from Arizona last October and were able to double our square footage for less money than we sold our house in AZ for.

They provide the best value of any builder in the Charlotte metro area - period. I've compared them to many, many other builders and they are the best by far.

My Fiance and I are having our home built through Regent in the Charlotte area too. It's the new Keener Creek development off of Sunset. I am very impressed with the builder and the representative we are dealing with. We are doing this long distance with them and have spoken with them every day regarding our lot, financial's, etc. I'm amazed at the house we got for such an incredible price. Best wishes to you By the way, if anyone is familiar with this area of Charlotte, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'm not good with the area other than it's in the vicinity of Peachtree Rd. & Sunset.
