Default For the N.Charlotte Folks

It looks like N.Charlotte is ging to have some big developments here in the near future. While some are still in the planning stages others are well under way.

I have mixed feelings about them but at the same time we maybe able to get the developers to pay for some of the road upgrades....

This is in Cornelius at the edge of Oakhurst. This one will effect me the most as it is supposed to be built at the edge of my neighborhood.

Part 2 of the same idea

"Exit 32" is breaking ground next week which hopefully will not hurt our Mooresville commuters to much. There is also some talk of another exit near Brawley School Road.

Exciting times ahead!!!

Is that the same thing as the new Langtree development going in in Mooresville?

It's supposed to be one of the largest mixed use developments in the state...
