My husband is a construction project manager. He found his job through a recruiter at The Talent Mine. Here's their Web site: The TalentMine - Construction Recruiters

Good luck to your brother-in-law!

Turner Construction Company is a huge GC (General Contractor). They do projects in NYC, Dubai, etc...pretty much anywhere in the world I believe.

I was surprised they laid him off as he has a pretty high position with them.

Anyone know any companies in Charlotte that maybe hiring for Project Managers?

Exactly. The title of this thread is a bit misleading, as the laid off brother-in-law is most likely a PMP, not just a construction foreman or "project leader" on a home construction site - HUGE difference.

If possible...

He's in Miami right now but owns a house here.

BTW - I never heard of a Project Mgr for a house. You might be thinking about a Project Engineer
Project Managers deal with huge projects.

There are Project Managers for highways/roads, buildings, airports, etc

He has done all 3 of the above.
