Has anyone seen this guy in the mornings dancing up and down Wilkinson Blvd while people are on their way to work? He usually stands in the median near either the airport but recently has been going down near Belmont bridge area.
I found a post about him from 2012 on another website but no one replied to it.
He wears headphones, nice clothes and middle aged guy probably in his late 30s African American. I've seen him regularly out there dancing for the past 5 years or so. Just wondered what his story is and why he's seemingly out there dancing in traffic for no apparent reason every day.

No apparent reason? I'd imagine he has a good gig going. Why else would someone do this at the same location for that long?
