Any thoughts on Eastfield Village near Highland Creek? We were lookng at a Lennar home in that neighborhood and were wondering if anyone had any thoughts on that area. Thanks.

The area is booming. It actually was one of the first area in N.Meck to start the big gold rush. The prices of homes in the area re slowly creeping up and there are plenty of new neighborhoods that are breaking ground. Most of them seem to be custom homes which can only help the areas around it.

They just opened up the new aquatic center there and you are only minutes from Huntersville 85 and Concord Mills. You could do worse. Let me know if you need anything else.

Good Luck!!

As a builder Lennar seems to be good. The only complaint I've heard is that you don't have a lot of options as far as upgrades.

While we didn't look specifically at Eastfield Village, we were all over that area. It is a great place to be- close to 85, Concord Mills etc (as CharlotteAgent said). Lennar was one of the builders we considered, but I don't know much more than what is on their website.

Perhaps I am biased because we are going to be in Highland Creek, but I really love that area. Not so long ago it was much more isolated, but it has just boomed, and there is so much available!

Good Luck in your decision!

Anita
