My family & I are relocating to Charlotte at the end of August (we visited last year just for fun and fell in love with it, so now we've decided to move there. Unfortunately, we don't know anyone there.). We recently visited Charlotte to apartment hunt (2-3bdrm 1.5-2baths, Our Max Rent: $800) and narrowed our list down to the top 3, which are:
1. Coffey Creek
2. Advenir at Casa Bella
3. The Village of Rosedale

We chose these three based on appearance/model/floorplan, our income restrictions, amenities & reviews on the web. We still are having a hard time chosing between the three, as we don't know the safety of the neighborhoods. We've done all the crime-mapping & apartment reviews but still can't decide. Can someone please help us with this??

Coffey Creek is fine , just keep an alarm on your car. The other two I'd avoid. There are several apartments and townhomes in the Steele Creek area that would be better IMO. For $800USD , you can move pretty much anywhere but avoid areas with rentals below $700.
