Or, you can substitute by buying local food through food clubs. There is one that seems to be all over Charlotte called Know Your Farms. It might be worth checking out to supplement grocery store shopping.

Does anyone know exactly when and exactly where the Whole Foods in Charlotte are supposed to be going up?? I heard there were going to be 2...

According to Whole Foods website the only NC store that is coming soon is in North Raleigh.

LocalFoodie, where can we find them? is there a website, phone number or anything to locate their service. I find the produce in all the grocery stores really horrible.
