Good grief. This is NOT a medical forum and we are all fully aware of that. We are adults here - we are just sharing ideas and experiences - and the names of docs who we recommend. Not like someone was sharing a detailed step-by-step how to for performing a kitchen chair DIY root canal.

Will you cut me a deal ... a really good price ... I had a root canal last week ... no rods ... $950.00 ... and now on to my dentist for the crown. I'll crawl up on your kitchen table ... you can whack me in the head and knock me out and just wake me when it's over. I told the endo he's going to be a rich man ... just do a few root canals every week at that price.

We use to watch TLC when they had the surgery of the month on ... I told DH ... hmmm I think I could do this stuff.

Now, my dear Carolina Woman. You know full well I would never just whack you in the head. I would give you several big ole shots of my buddy JACK b/f I ever attempted to knock you out!

But I have been thinkin' . . . and w/ this economy tankin' . . . I have a big ole sewing needle - one my dear old grandpappy used to mend leather saddles . . . and it seems to me . . . just use my trusty Black & Decker drill, then insert that needle . . . and VOILA!!!! Instant root canal!!!
