With a little bit of help and advise of our board member Ani I joined the CCC in uptown. Last week I went for the first time 'on my own'. (The previous times that I went I was accompained by membership people)

I have nothing but praise for the way this club operates and would like to suggest to anyone looking for an in-town city club to check it out.
I walked in and said this was my first time and I needed a little help. A member of the membership committee took me and a business associate to the bar and answered everyone of my questions regarding operating procedures.Highly professional and worth every penny of the dues.

In addition, CCC has dozens of reciprocating clubs around the world.
For example next week I have a reservation to play golf at The Dunes in SC.(Think it's going to rain) Top private club that is part of the reciprocating program .In Dec. another club in NYC for dinner.

The CCC also enables it's members to play golf at 2 fine GCs in the CLT area.

You can see and learn a whole lot more on their website.

We use the City Club for work stuff a lot. I just piggy back on a partner's membership though (still on associate salary here )

They do have good service and I like the bar for lunch. Too bad we don't drink at lunch though

I think the City Club is a great investment - for both leisure and business. It is kind of a "best kept secret" unless you work uptown and have been introduced by another member.

We have our "holiday" party there. Parking in that building is crazy, I got dizzy trying to find a space.
