Of course there is makeup and skin care, but also perfume/cologne, hand and body lotions, hand and feet scrubs, and lip balm that lasts for hours!! I think the best gifts are those that are not bought.

I'm giving away jars of home made cherry preserves that I made when cherries were cheap and plentiful in the late summer. By this time, the jam has aged nicely and spreads well on crackers, home made bread, or even on a good waffle. It seems to be popular with anyone of any age as a gift. This is my recommendation. Give something that you made yourself.
