OK, well again I'm very sorry to hear about your friend, it's very difficult thing in life to get through, just be surrounded with Family and Friends, it sure helps...
Take care, and get some shut-eye if you can....
Ron.....Good Night
Married? That story would get a criminal crying. 2 1/2 years ago, and one week after thier son graduated high school, her husband kissed her goodbye before going to ride bikes with their son. He hit a bump, fell, broke his neck and died. His son found him in a ditch . Son feels guilty to this day that if he hadn't removed the helmet, maybe his father would still be alive. Guess who found his mother in the bathroom?
OMG, that poor family, that child must be devastated, he'll need some major couseling, Dori obviously there's nevr a good time for a tragedy, but 2 weeks before christmas, WOW, my heart goes out to the family and you guys too.
Please let us know @ CD if we can do anything for you, take the kids anywhere, ect...I MEAN IT!!!!

I promised her if she sticks to her routine and makes a good recovery, I will take her over to drive around the Billy Graham Library/Center. She wants to see the lights. She is so excited about that. She wanted me to call her to let her know I got home okay . . . and she mentioned again that she was going to be very careful and do what she is supposed to so she can have her trip to BG center. I would never have thought about offering that, but for an earlier post here on the forum . . .
Ani, I'm glad that it worked out for your mom. Sorry, I wasn't on today.
I'm also glad that you got back & forth OK. The driving was awful today.

Thank You, S/B. I was just off the phone with our old boss. Our friendship started as co-workers a hundred years ago. He's devastated. She was still with him and had a full schedule tomorrow. (today) She was his Dental hygienist for the last 23 years.

Uncgdad, please allow me to say how sorry I am that you got stuck with this one!!! Yes, DH is here, but he went up to bed at my insistance. He's at a loss and really upset himself. I didn't join him because the calls were still coming in. She lives in Maryland and has been my best friend for 29 years! I just can't wrap my head around it and am just trying to stay on this side of sanity right now. Thank you for listening
Edit: 23 years, not 29. .
