Gaffer, I think you are already there, LOL.

I keep coming back to the computer in between doing other things. And I should be digging in HARD and totally avoiding the computer!!!!!

Of course, I had an excuse this time . . . looking for a recipe . . .
Too funny, that's what I was just doing. Found a recipe for Straganoff that I want to make tonight.

Thanks, Gaffer. But if you saw the mess in that back bedroom (no, still have not finished digging thru/ those clothes) . . . you might not be saying that!!!

However, I did find my recipe . . . getting ready to make a new casserole.

Okay, I'll come up with the Christmas intermission music with one that should've been a standard by now.

How did the casserole come out Ani? The stroganoff I made was yummy and only took 30 minutes start to finish.

Yes, that is cynical.
not cynical. Realistic.

Yes, that has been me...a lot...especially THIS year!!

Just bought a pork tenderloin today from Sam's to cook on Christmas. My oldest son & I will be celebrating on our own this year, younger son & wife will be at wife's family's. I have never cooked a pork tenderloin before but it is already prepped and only requires baking. I am also going to fix roasted potatoes and some veggies. It should be a nice, quiet dinner.

Younger son & wife will be up this way on Christmas Eve.
