What a beautiful fellah he is! Poodles are such intelligent dogs. And great companions, as well. You do a wonderful job w/ grooming. I am impressed.

I used to get these shells stuffed with cheese and lobster meat...I'd walk out just stuffed. It didn't even look like much, like twelve decent sized shells. I'd get to the 7th or 8th one and be like, "Geez, I have this much left???" That was after the great bread and salad to start you off. Man, that place was fantastic.

There was also this place in Sayreville that was awesome too, just before the bridge that took you into South River, another Italian place that made the best Shrimp Fra Diablo. Holy smokes was that spicy but soooooooo good.

I'm wondering if the place that Scotsman had fish & chips in Jersey might have been at the Smithville Inn. I kept coming back to it & just checked & fish & chips are on the menu. The Smithville Inn has an excellent reputation in South Jersey. That's why I think it could be the place, since he was told that there was a state-wide reputation. It's really the only place in the path of travel, from Edison to Atlantic City, that fits.

Lunch Menu (http://www.smithvilleinn.com/cuisine_lunch.html - broken link)

Keep forwarding to just past burgers.

PartiPoodle- Your poodle is beautiful. My dog as a child was a solid black standard french poodle named Chaunce (pronounced- Shawn-cey). She was a gift to my mom when she was a senior in HS and she lived 17 years. They are very intelligent and loyal.
