IMHO, Maggianos Restaurant in Southpark has the best deal / food on Thanksgiving. I made my reservations today!!!! I was impressed by their meal last year. Here's the menu which I found online

I saw a sign up at Mimi's Cafe (across from Northlake Mall) yesterday saying they will be open for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve... their food is quite good.
