There goes my diet!! They also serve Chicken Francese, which is kind of hard to find down here.

Gotta go to Lorenzo's...!! The pizza was excellent, nice chewy, thin crust, perfect distribution of cheese, sauce and spices...I was lucky enough to meet Steve on my visit there this evening and we got talking about the "city-data" site and the rave reviews which brought me there. BTW, the eggplant parm is wonderful as well, just the way I like it, thinly sliced, lighted breaded and fried, and there "gravy" (aka sauce) was very good...Another plus is the NFL Network important to "us" former northerners to watch the Giants or the Jets...

Cheers,
Ron

I went there for lunch today. Its been hyped up so much on here that I was afraid it wouldn't live up to they hype. I'm happy to report it did. Now I'll have to try some of the other stuff (I had a couple slices of pepperoni pizza).

I went their today to see if it lives up to it's hype (only had the pizza). Though the pizza was very good, In my opinion Brooklyn Pizza on Rea Road is much better (It is the best pizza I've had here). The other Italian specialties looked and smelled real good though (eggplant, chicken, etc.). Brooklyn Pizza's food is not spectacular (but their pizza is!!) Overall though, I would eat at Lorenzo's again, next time I'll try the heroes.

I know!!! It's the kids. They are so excited to have good pizza. I feed three of us for $15.00. I'm sure the novelty will wear off and I'll start slaving again. Hey UNCdad, what time were you there last night? We left around 6:45. I bet we just missed you. I'm going to try not to go again till Saturday when we have the daughter's sleep over birthday party and I go in for take out.
