Anybody know anything about either of these apartment developments?

When we relo'd here in Jan/Feb 08 our corporate apartment was at the lake norman complex. I thought it was a nice place. I was able to store my boat on site as well so that was a plus. No problems with crime, noise or anything else that I can think of. I had to go to the office once to turn in the keys and they told me that a high percentage of the apartments are rented out to corporations for relo's. My realtor told me that right behind the complex is a not so nice area where the police tend to have a presence each night. It is close to everything as well.
