Vegetarians - Need an ingredient tonight!!! HELP!!!
OMG...I just found the most delicious-looking recipe in the whole world, and I am dying to make it tonight. The problem is me and DH have recently gone vegetarian, so I highly doubt I can find what I need in any store. I need some Tofutti cream cheese. Does anyone have any idea where I can find something like this this time of night? Help!!! It's 11pm...do you know where your fake cream cheese is?

I think I've seen it at Trader Joe''s but I'd call to make sure, & you can't do that until the morning.

LOL that is so funny ... when my husband was in the Army he was in school 4PM until 11:30PM on base ... we would stay up all night too! I found a part-time afternoon job and had to be there at 3:00PM ... and one time it was difficult explaining to my boss that I was on my way ... but I had overslept! Bossman said ... but it's 3 o'clock in the afternoon!!
I hope you found the tofutti.

If you're not vegan and still eat dairy go ahead and use regular cream cheese.

Hubby is vegan, and I try to avoid dairy, eggs, etc. I survived the night without it, but as soon as I wake up for real, I am off to Earth Fare! Now I just need one to open in Steele Creek. The recipe is a double-layer pumpkin cheesecake. YUM!
