Time Warner Cable internet super slow today?
Is it just my two computers and/or network or is anyone elses TWC internet unbelievably slow today? I'm in Union county, if it makes a difference, but I can't get anything done today!! I feel like I have dial up or something, flashing back to the 'old days' of the internet LOL

Things are still a bit slow, but not as bad as earlier....don't know what's wrong, and it's both my computers, so I don't imagine something wrong with one computer, so maybe just TWC issues. Never had a problem with them til today, so I guess I'll be patient and see if the problem persists.

I can still remember sitting in my cold spare bedroom in 1997 when I first got hooked up to the internet, thinking how great it was, but I'd click on a page and WAIT for what seemed like forever! Then, the page would begin to load....and I'd get booted off, try to re-connect, try another number from the list, and so on til I could get back on. All the sleep I missed out on WAITING to look something up on the internet til the wee hours of the morning.........Now, a minute or two seems like forever to wait, but when you're used to getting what you want instantaneously, that minute seems like eternity. No wonder our kids now are so impatient!
