Default Anyone live in Stone Creek Ranch?
Thinking of building in there (Sierra). Anyone have any pro's/ con's they have w/ the neighborhood?

Appalachian is on a distinguished road
I am familiar with the neighborhood but have not had any personal experience with it. It presents itself as a very nice community from an exterior perspective though!

Default Stone Creek Ranch
We moved here over a year ago and have been very happy. The schools are great and our kids have made friends in the neighborhood. We enjoy the swim team in the summer and the social activities. The cons would probably be the lack of mature landscaping and small yards.
