Default I think we still lead

$3.11 in Encinitas (San Diego). We're known for some of the most expensive gas, btu's and kwh. (and property taxes, and ..........)

I paid $2.08 over the weekend, but on Monday it was up to$2.15. I'm in Lancaster, SC, just over the border.
