I can't remember the name of the farm BUT last year we cut our own down. The farm is down past Buster Boy bridge then left onto 274. Maybe someone else will know their name. Also they did have the trees with roots still attached in a ball. HTH

I would not be so quick to say that. It is a FUN day. You go up to Elkin, take 21 (I think) toward SPARTA. It is fun to see the cars coming back down the mountains with trees on top.

Most of the lots have cider and other stuff.

Most importantly, you get a FRESH TREE at very very very reasonable prices.

If you leave at 7 from Charlotte, you can be home be early afternoon.

Please give it a try.

They have great weekend getaways in the mountains that the price of the tree is included in the hotel/cabin rates.

I am looking for Blue Spruce Christmas Trees. Does anyone know where I can find one?!?!? All I have been able to find are Fraser Fir.

This website lists some of the farms that have blue spruce. Call first though, just in case.
