B I dont know But it is true what makes the Bread and Bagels is the NYC water, but u can also get very good bagels in NJ and they use NJ water and well u cant compare NJ water to NYC water..I bet im confusing you now..lol but I really have to say they are delicious..not as doughy as NY bagels but they dont taste hollow either...I cant explain it...remember it isnt going to be a NY bagel and that is ok but it is closer to it than a Panera or any of the others, including D&D which I dont care for....

Carolina Bakery on Providence and Ballentyne Commons, it's next to Starbucks by Home Depot. They make a fancy bagel called a blueberry crunch, oh it is sooo yummy!

I love Arthur Ave in NYC. Its one of my favorite places to visit when im back up north. To keep this thread on track I do love bagels though
