Looking for insight....
Should I focus my home search on South Charlotte or Union County(north area around Marvin)??

It seems like the crime rates are higher in S. Charlotte...
Suggestions for a safe, family friendly development.
Thx!

Hello, can anyone currently living in the Charlotte area recommend an area with great "walkability"....meaning we could walk to the grocery store, library, church, etc. Thank you so much for your help!

The Plaza Midwood neighborhood is the best for essentials within walking distance - library, grocery store, post office, and stores/restaurants. Uptown itself is very good too.

Make sure that you''re in Ft. MILL and not Indianland with a Ft. Mill P.O. The latter is like "Deliverance."
