Well the husband was out of town so the lady neighbors and I went out dancing at Villa Antonio. I had been there for dinner before but was amazed how it turned into a dance club! I haven't been to a late night bar since we moved down here. It was definitely different then my old stomping grounds in Philly but it was still a good time if you like to dance and are looking to get out a little on a Friday or Sat. night. We left at 1:45 am and it was still packed!

Default Yes I was forewarned!

I read an article in the Charlotte mag about them living there..haha!

There was only a few though and boy were they decked out. It looked like they were going to a semi formal dance!

My friends said there is usually more. The majority were twenty somethings.

We were there a few months ago and the sheer "volume" of plastic surgery made me wince. It was a freak show!
The music was decent though.

LMAO!! I was there this weekend too. Very nice place for the 30 and up crowd

Recall one of the Carolina Panthers got into trouble out there a few weekends ago. I was concerned after hearing that; but its not "that" type of place at all. The crowd was actually very nice. Not rowdy at all.

Default Carolina

Yes we were too worried but I guess the crowd just changes depending on the night. My friends and I are 30 and fit in pretty well. I wish there were more places like that or maybe even something closer to me in Wesley Chapel.

Yes the plastic surgery is so obvious. I am all for a little here and there should a person choose to have something done but when your face looks like a duck there is a problem!

My recently single neighbor and her friends go there every Fri. and Sat. night. You should see some of the outfits she leaves here in. I've heard them come home many times at 3 am.
OMG!!!!! I've turned into Mrs. Kravitz

OMG, funny!
The face that looks like a duck with huuuuge tonsils below. And the "obvious" peek-a-boo thong! And then they go into the ladies room and the flourescent lighting brings out the truth! Ouch!

Ok ladies, would you say Villa Antonio may be a place to meet someone? How about the age group dispersion? I'm 50+, and 30's would be too young for me unfortunately...
