I need a surrogate...
...Christmas cookie maker or a bakery/market in Charlotte that sells Christmas cookies that can pass for homemade.
I've wasted so much time, here, on C-D, that I've run out of time to make my own! HELP!
I need about 9 dozen by Wednesday evening!
I need serious C-D detox...this is not a good time of the year to be wasting time on the internet!

I've got the solution! It keeps you on City Data and gets you a great recipe. I found it over on the recipes forum. Oreo balls. They're insane. I'm about to start making my 7+ dozen of them this afternoon for various exchanges, etc. They're easy and super yummy! Plus, only 3 ingredients!
So you can feed the addiction to CD and still get the cookies done!

The "vanilla bark" item threw me, but I get it now...what a great idea!
Maybe I'll just skip the oreos and just dip some pretzels in it!
Off to the recipe forum...this could be dangerous.

Yea, did that. The dried variety (sugar cookie and chocolate chip) is on sale for $1.50 at the one in the Arboretum this week.
But I need to come up with several different cookies!
Thank you, though.
