Every redneck male wears a ball cap, sun glasses and sports a goatee while driving a pick up truck with custom duel exhaust pipes playing freebird on the radio!!! You can see em' and hear em' all over downtown Gastonia. Tony's Ice Cream- YUM!!!!

More.....folks from Gastonia make fun of folks from Bessemer City. Gastonians somehow pick up a deep twang or something. I thought the entire area spoke with an identical twang. Check out Downtown Gastonia and Gaston Heights, its a real hoot! Hgwy 74 is incredibly scenic.

One in Every three Men Chew tobacco in Gastonia. I've seen them spit
on the floors inside of Home Depot.

Totally did not mean to offend anybody in Gastonia. I have just had bad luck with the very few people I have met. I also just got back from a 5 day trip to Cali & being there 4 just 5 days actually made me miss NC..God Bless! |
