^Yeah, I think someone else mentioned that, too, but with the word "most" qualifying the statement I wasn't willing to take the chance. Last thing I wanted to do was stand in line at the DMV only to find out that, nope, this one doesn't have one and you'll hafta come on back and do it again!
Note: It turned out that the one I went to did have a sign up sayin they could notarize it for you for $7.
Anyway, it all has a happy ending -- I haz a shiny new North Carolina license plate and NC registration to match. I feel like such a Charlottean!
