A new rival for your TV dollar - Business | CharlotteObserver.com (http://www.charlotteobserver.com/business/story/372851.html - broken link)

I can't seem to figure out how to order it or what areas specifically it will be available to.

Any info?

Thanks,

Dawn

Thanks. This is actually why I was confused.....it says it is NOT available here but the article seems to imply it is available some places in Charlotte. I wonder WHERE and if they will be expanding and when.

Thanks,

Dawn

This was weird because early this week when the word about the service came up I was able to access the programming list. I didn't see the NHL Network as a part of it so automatically it was nixed. It didn't seem like there was a whole lot being offered, admittedly all I mainly looked for was the stuff I usually have on. No NHL Network was an automatic "no sale" for me.

According to the website, I cannot get it, but do you have info as to WHEN it will be available in various areas?

I am in Union County. I don't even think AT&T is here at all.

Dawn

Yeah, the website offers that too. My question is will it be available even if AT&T is not the telephone provider in the area....

The u-verse is only available in AT&T landline footprint. So that would be a no for Union County. You would need to look to Windstream some type of TV service.

Thanks. Windstream told me the best they can give me is 3mb, their lowest speed, because of where I live. I also can't get Dish Network at all (guys already came out) because of our hill and treeline.

So, looks like we are stuck with our TWC. I am just trying to find some alternative because I can't stand them!

Oh well.

Thanks,

Dawn
