So my heat quit working last night. I know... merry xmas to me right? The unit is only 3 years old. I have a call into a company (whos name I'm not sure if I can post due to TOS) but lets just say they are always the ones advertising. Anyways I want to make sure I do not get the short end of the stick on price. Since my heat is not working and with the holiday I feel like I'm a little at the mercy of the company that is coming this morning to look at the unit. You will have to pardon me if I seem a little distrustful but I have heard rumers and high pressure sales tactics and I do not wish to become a sheep waiting on the wolf. Anyways does anyone have any experiences they can share or recommendations of other companys to consider? Thanks in advance!

Don with Air Comfort. A family owned business- they are very reasonable, and we've been very happy with their service.

I second Ross and Whitmer. They installed my furnace (+-15 years ago) and they are great to deal with. Not the cheapest but definately the best out there!
