Default Bad Doc.

To me, the problem sounds like you have a very poor supervisor. However, I still don't see it as racism. You're not being discriminated against, you just work with unprofessional people. We have such an ugly history of racism in this country that I have a hard time taking this thread seriously. If you ever get fired because you're white you would have a point. Until then, suck it up and be happy that you have a job.

It is the work ethic there that I have a problem with, of course the 'reverse racism' Indeed, it is the physician that is allowing it. The employees are going along with it. We spend time outside of work, its inside of work is where the unfairness is stepping in. I don't know. It's not how I raise my kids. my kids see people. My kids don't see race. I don't know how things get so out of hand. It is upsetting, even still, we are all friends in the office. Someone may get a wild hair every once in a while, a bad day, but that happens to us all. This whole other issue is just something different all together
Yuck. This isn't racism - this is lousy management and a weak MD. Being at a place for 2.5 years doesn't classify you as a "job hopper" - I'm surprised you're still there.
