Probably all these posts could be tweeted on tweeter. I heard an NPR show a few months ago about how major companies have support/PR staff scanning the net for disgruntled customers and negative comments. Someone tweeted about a problem with a comcast install, comcast picked it up and within about an hour dispatched a tech.
Probably a good idea for some self-motivated web developer out there, build a site that aggregates what seems to be negative customer feedback, and provide links back to it (you filter out all the people who complain for the sake of complaining and only link back to seemingly legit complaints on blogs/forums/etc). Then you sell the monitor service to the corp.
