My husband wants an inversion table for his birthday. Has anyone used one and is it worth it? Also do you need the gravity boots to use an inversion table - or am I getting these two mixed up? I'm thinking for the money ($200.00 or more) it just seems like a waste to me. He has had a bad back for several years, (including disc surgery in the 80's). Any information will be appreciated.
