Hi if there is anyone who goes to this school, and knows about the cooking program they have here, can you please message me or something back and let me know how it goes.

It's probably a top 3 school in the US for Culinary. It's uptown and offers other areas now too, like business and hospitality.

JWU Culinary Program is not accredited by the American Culinary Federation unlike -believe it or not- Central Piedmont Community College's one. CPCC is getting brand new, state of the art facilities by this year's end as well.
Now having said that JWU is an excellent school with vast resources, especially when it comes down to job placement afterwards. I know several JWU grads from their school in South Florida and some became celebrity chefs like Michy Bernstein. CPCC also has its share of very successful grads.

The biggest difference of course is the cost of tuition. JWU will cost you around $60k for 2 years vs CPCC's $7k. If you have the means I'd pick JWU, great school really, plus you get to mingle with other type of students of other successful programs such as Business, etc. But if you need to get an student loan, I'd go with CPCC, it is more than a great alternative.
