Does anyone have any info on the windsor chase, buckingham, or ashley farms subdivisions in Matthews?

Really anything in general positive or negative. For instance what is near neighborhoods, are they nice, have trees, nice lots.......

Well, I think they are all nice in their price ranges. Ashley Farms was built by MI Homes and I think they build a nice home. It is also the closest one to uptown, if that matters. It really sits right on the Charlotte line, so you don't feel like you are in Matthews at all. Windor Chase is deeper into Matthews in a very residental area with a lot of families and very close to the middle school (Mint Hill Middle). Buckingham is actually in Union County, not Matthews so it has Union County's Porter Ridge Schools. It is in a booming location very convenient to I485 if that is important. Hope this helps
