This information is pretty close. Depending on where at in Charlotte taxes range from 1.0175 to 1.4373
In Gastonia 1.3650
Belmont 1.3100

I have had several buyers love homes in Gaston county, but decide on Charlotte or SC for tax reasons alone.

This info may be a year old or so, but last time I checked, rates were as follows:

Charlotte 1.2275/$100
Gastonia 1.42/$100
Belmont 1.375/$100
