Question Landis reed homes

I've searched the forum and found no info. Does anyone have an opinon on Landis reed homes- specifically in the Moss creek area. I haven't really seen much info in my google search either.
I'd like the good, bad and the ugly....

Thanks

They are a new company with two guys that have been fired from other builders, I wouldn't buy from them. Just ask other home builders about these two guys and you will have your answers. Check with Mccar homes in moss creek, one of them worked there. I bought a home from Mccar and this guy was very rude and arrogant to deal with.

I have met one of the owners when he worked at another builder. Very good and knowledgable person. They are brand new in business but there homes seem to built very well, far superior to the production builders they compete against. I would give them a shot

When I first read Forggy's comment, I chalked it up to the normal love/hate for certain businesses. Some people love sopping at Walmart and some people hate it. But after my recent experience with Landis Reed, I wouldn't buy a home from them if somone gave me the money. Extremely dishonest. I have no complaints about the quality of their homes, but they won't be in business long if they treat other potential homes buyers the way they treated us.

You must be speaking from experience. You sound just like one of them! I think you are, as you sure know the builder lingo. Faker...... Nice try, but you guys can't fool the people. Obviously you may think you build a far superior home compared to production builders, but you use the same guys they do to build it. That's only half of the process. The rest involves honesty, integrity and quality. I say cross the bridge and buy from someone other than Landis Reed or you definitely will regret it.
