Exploring South Charlotte
My wife and I are seriously considering moving to Charlotte and next weekend we will be in Charlotte visiting friends and would like to look at a few homes. Will realtors be willing to show us homes while we are in town knowing we are not ready to buy anytime soon? How do we go about this? We are interested in South Charlotte in and around the Piper Glen area. Thx

Yes, you can find a realtor willing to do this even though you aren't ready to buy now Though it would be nice of you to keep that person in mind when you ARE ready to buy. In that part of town I'd highly recommend our regular poster here, southcharlotte&union.

All of us realtors that do a substantial amount of relocation business realize that people have to check out the area before they decide to move. Some do relocate and others do not, but that goes with the turf. My clients usually make several trips down before they make a final decision. I can think of one realtor that would be happy to help

I can also recommend her. She was very helpful and thankfully has a great sense of humor.
