I noticed today when checking some communities in Area 1 and 9 they are no longer in the list. Has anyone else noticed this? I was looking for Gilead Ridge in 9 and Centennial in 1. Is there another site to search by community name?

They are in there. I was looking at them today. If your not needing a home right away I think you can get them a little cheaper in Centennial if you can wait for them to build.

Let me know if you need any specifics on any of these neighborhoods.

You are correct. PM me you email and I'll send all active listings to you in both those neighborhoods. I rarely use the public side of the website.

I totally noticed the same thing today!! It's was fine early this morning, and then suddenly most of the neighborhoods fell off! I've heard from the realtors that I'm working with that they've been doing some changes to the MLS system. Not sure what is up, but I plan on calling them tomorrow to see what's up!
