Lake Park, Indian Trail (houses, private school, inspection)

I checked this area out yesterday and this development looks like a small town. It has a church and a little area with shops as well. It seemed like a nice development. Does anybody have any additional info for me?

It's a very popular development. It also has its own private school which is very well regarded. I can think of nothing bad to tell you about the area at all, except that I know eventually Union County is building their own "outer belt" and it may come within a few miles of there, so you'd want to check that out.

Lake Park is one of my favorite developments out here in UC. I will tell you that it is quite "hit or miss" with the houses. There weren't very tight guidelines as to what they looked like or what they have in them. Make sure you have a thorough inspection done. There were only a couple of listings in there back when we moved here: one that was too small and one that I thought needed to be condemned
The community is very supportive of the private school and the church. Good luck.
