HAVE SUCH PROGRAM ? OUR OTHER SON RECIEVES MEDICARE,MEDICAID AND SSI,( HE IS A VERY SPECIAL GUY )GOES TO A WORKSHOP (eg.GOODWILL INDUSTRIES ) DOES N.C. OFFERS THESE SERVICES ?
