Greetings,

I am trying to locate a Highland Creek subdivision map showing the various neighborhood/builders. I would also like to get a sense of where the pools and other amenities are located.

Does anyone know where I can find this?

Thanks,
sandy

Thank you. This is what I was looking for. I don't know why I couldn't find it on the web somewhere.

But that is why I always turn to this trusted site - someone always has the answer!

I'am relocating to Charlotte from Michigan. I visited the area and fell in love with HC neighborhood. I would like to rent a house before I make a commitment and purchase a home. It's just my 12 year old daughter and out miniature dog. Is there a site that provides just rental houses in the HC area. Thanks.

When are you looking to move into HC?

One thing I would STRONGLY suggest is doing some background work on any rental house prior to the lease. Talk to the neighbors and pull a report from the CMPD. Highland Creek is a great area but nothing is perfect and it's surprising (especially in rentals) how often there are little pockets of criminal activity in great neighborhoods.
