real estate agent
OK guys...I am starting the process of picking an agent. There are so many of them out there I thought I asked the forum who they'd recommend & why. Also anyone to avoid & why.

We moved from FL to NC and never knew our agent. He went WAY out of his way to make us satisfied and even make weekly visits to our house during the build to send us photos of it. After closing, he still comes by to say hello and has become a friend of our family.
Now thats what I call a real estate agent. Top notch work. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you his information. You can PM me on here...

mrm....make sure whomever you choose you click with on some level. My move to Charlotte was the best ever because I had an agent who completely understood what I was looking for because I was the same age as her daughter with the same aged kids. Just find someone who you'd like to spend a tremendous amount of time with......because you will be. All of the agents here (on this forum) are great. You can't go wrong. |
