My husband & I moved to Denver 6 years ago & we love it. The new access to Hwy 16 will make Charlotte even more convenient. The exit at 16 & 73 will take you to the Mountain Island Lake area which goes directly into Charlotte. This area is one of the fastest growing areas in NC. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by. There are some new homes in all price ranges but they are spread out. Have you looked in Verdict Ridge?

I will write that Staceys Restaurant down for sure. I wonder if I should have checked out Denver before buying in Davidson

I don't like really rural though, but it sounds like it won't be for long.

Default Also looking at Denver area!

Hi,

We're also looking at moving to the Denver area. Anyone know anything about Scenic Homes developers??? They are doing the new development.
We are also wondering about the HOA fees out there. Here in CA they can be as much as the house payments.

Any information would be appreciated!!
