DH is an IT consultant. He interviewed with Wachovia last week and it went pretty well. How long did your DH have to wait before he got the final answer about a job with Wachovia? We are dying to know if he's in or not!

Oh, isn't the waiting the WORST????

I have had to wait on jobs before and usually it was because it just wasn't as high on their priority list (calling me back and getting the paperwork together) as it was on mine!!!!!!

I don't even remember how long we waited for DH's response. Maybe a week or two.

Hope you hear soon!

I'm a dude, so I don't have a DH, but I can tell you from my experience that sometimes it may take a while for the "big banks" to get back. When I received the position that I am in a few years ago, I first interviewed in the month of December, had a 2nd interview in January, didn't get an offer until mid February; then started working in March. So you have to be patient. The key is "follow-up". Make sure he calls the recruiter to follow-up and continue to show interest.
