Has anyone noticed that while Charlotte has a great animal shelter, most every neighboring county animal control kills animals in gas chambers? Union, Gaston, Montgomery, Rowan, Cleveland, Lincoln, Iredell...all reminiscent of the days of Hitler.

How can these animal shelters be so close in distance to the progressive big city but years behind in the way animals are treated? How do you think that we as a society should end the lives of man's best friends who are here by own own fault? Gas chamber? Euthanasia by injection?

I love my dog, but when the love of animals comes to stuff like the link below I get turned off.

I am very concerned w/ how we treat animals as if they are disposable.

Please adopt abandoned animals!!!!! And send even a few dollars, if you can, to the Humane Society and No Kill Shelters!!!!
